★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the bank today for an account upgrade. The deputy manager at first said he will help me. Then after keeping me waiting for 30 mins or so, and seeing that other bank employees are busy on call, he gave the most typical banking excuse, "Printer is Not Working". Utter ridiculousness. The lack of respect for the customer's time and effort to visit the branch simple is astounding.
