★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited hindpur branch to close my account and they charged some amount but they didn't close my account till now. Almost all three months completed and called them many times and they are not responding now.

I came from 100 km far on some account opening formalities but the employees are soo rude and unknowing. It's not a customer friendly bank.
Seriously 100% not recommendable.
