If we press 2 we have to here music for some time then call is ended for saving account the recorded msg is we will send you form. We can not speak to customer care executive. They don't need customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience. I had given application for Demat Account closure as well Debit Card closure on 13th May 2019. I assured that it will be done in week time.
However still both actions are not completed.
Indeed I had been levied heavy DP charges which are getting deducted from my account.
Getting in front of executives take minimum 2 hour waiting. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the cheep service at this bank... Every time take more than 1 hour for cash deposite and withdrawn... I never come thsi bank and never suggest to anyone of this bank.. If u have to counter for deposite then why are u keep only 1staff for customer service... Very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero rating for customer service, as I am having issue with card and same I raise online complaint with help of my home bank manager, they also confirmed card is having issue, with help of but axis bank also online team is there not accepting problem which making me bad toward service gave by bank customer team so I will suggest that axis bank service toward customers is not good where bank wants to support but customers people not ready.
what as customer I have to do.
