★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am associated with Axis bank, Mumbai for last 5 years and I was satisfied and happy with there service and ease of banking.
Recently I shifted to Gwalior, and now I am highly disappointed by the horrendous service of Axis bank, City Centre which they are giving to their customers.
Being a surgeon it’s difficult for me to go again and again to resolve such silly matters. I deposited a cheque 3-4 days back which is not cleared yet.
