★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple worse experiences, lack of adequate knowledge amongst the employees, unable to figure out the problem and convey properly the documents required. Non-serious and non-concerned staff.
Every month Axis Bank comes up with a new problem and I have to face it. Ex- The employee was unable to close an old account in one go, after few visits he was able to demand for the correct verifying documents, deduction of amount from my bank account without my concern, opening of a trading account without my permission. It's an example of complete invasion of your personal bank details and employees don't seem serious enough to actively resolve the matter and refund the amount after the complaint!
