★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once opened an account at this branch for sole purpose of getting a solvency, the executive there in beginning treated me as if was his boss but asked me to deposit 3lacs for the solvency of same amount (that's ok) but as soon as I deposited the amount he started giving me excuses and asked me to wait 10-15 days, this kept going for 3 months and after that he told me that it's not possible for them to issue me the solvency certificate. My question is don't they know the bank's policy? And after same procedure Bank of India issued me the said certificate. So I would not recommend anyone to open an account here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank service is very frustrating. Only 1-2 employees sincerely work here rest all are here just to do time pass. Here bank manager is also illiterate i dont know how axis bank give them job.I have priority saving account in axis bank but with in 2 mnths they blocked my account twice saying kyc details not done.They only know how to sign check books and give them loan.After visiting 10 times within 1 mnth during covid time and complaining to nodal officer at mumbai i was finally able to activate my account.Axis bank Relationship manager is as useless as like BSNL service centre.Hope i won't get any opportunity to visit this branch again.
