Always misguid to custmar Question or quriess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited to just stop a service. Agent gave multiple reasons to not do. Later I contacted bank manager he gave another commitment which didn't workout. Entire axis branch team thinks that all customers are fool and later same process they which I told in the beginning.

Axis Bank Biharsharif branch worst bank service.
I had given the form in to open NRI account. After he called me again after a week, he called me to the bank in the evening and kept me standing for about 1 hour. After that I was called inside at around 5:00 pm and after that again signed the form again.
Even after that my account is not opened yet.
There is no value of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best banks in Bihar Sharif region. There is a CCTV camera. There isn't a security guard here which is a negative point. Wheelchair accessible entrance is also available here.
This bank is just near the main road. Most of the time your funds will successfully be withdrawn here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor work ethics. No value to customers time. The staffs didn't accept deposit even I was 10 min before lunch time. Also one the staff is of the habit to ask customer to come the next day. They are not valuing the valuable time of the account holders.
