A central tenet in the Bank’s Policy on Corporate Governance is commitment to ethics, integrity, accountability and transparency. To ensure that the highest standards are maintained in these aspects on an on-going basis and to provide safeguards to various stakeholders (including shareholders, depositors and employees) the Bank has formulated a ‘Whistleblower Policy’. The Policy provides stakeholders with the opportunity to address serious concerns arising from irregularities, malpractices and other misdemeanours, if any, committed by the Bank’s personnel by approaching a Committee of senior officials of the Bank, set-up for the purpose (known as the Whistleblower Committee). Concerns relating to senior management can be reported directly to the Audit Committee of the Board. The Policy is intended to encourage stakeholders to report suspected or actual occurrence of illegal, unethical or inappropriate actions, behaviour or practices by staff without fear of retribution. To ensure smooth flow and management of complaints under Whistleblower policy, a web-based application – www.cwiportal.com has also been set up which provides an option for anonymous reporting thereby enabling the stakeholders to lodge their complaints online over a secure platform without fear of revelation of identity. The Policy contains provisions protecting Whistleblowers from any unfair action prejudicial to their interest. The Audit Committee of the Board reviews, on a quarterly basis, a synopsis of the complaints received and the resolution thereof.

The branch is following all possible social distancing measures.
A special thanks to the security guard and the office men for staying polite, cheerful and helpful while staggering the flow of customers.
The service was courteous and the customer service representative did their best to help resolve the request.

They don’t deserve a single star!!!
I have booked a locker around One month ago at Vaibhav Khand branch.
I organised my visit there, first of all their server was down and second of all there is no one to entertain. We have waited at least 40 mins to do the formalities for signing the documents which were requested. After signing them all, we have waited another 40 minutes as their locker was not functioning.
At that time, executive has told us Mam we are filing a complaint for the locker and this issue will resolve in coming 15 days.
We were ok with that, one of the senior of the executive informed us that Mam you can visit around 5:30 in any working days to do the formalities and Sir will visit in bank timings to do the rest.
Now, what she is telling me “ ma’am you have to come, nothing can be done without your signatures”. And that too she is continuously texting me the same.
So according to her I have to take a leave to do the formalities again!!
Bravo?

customer service is very responsive, they will provide you a perfect solution, guide you about every pros and cons. they will give a really good suggestion in regarding of loan, obviously they will also try to sell their product as well, but do not force you do that.
following all the covid 19 protocol,
believe me the best branch I have visited so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and useless staff.. Axis Bank added Rs 60000 in my home loan as an insurance without my knowledge. Agent kept on telling it was mandatory while I got to know that it is optional. And Priyanka Shukla customer service manager started shouting and brawling when she could not answer the query.
Bank took 3 blank signed cheques as a part of documentation.
They could not even fill the cheque properly.
They filled the cheque with difference in words and number and cheque bounced. When I contacted branch, CSM Priyanka Shukla said you should not have given them. Now you own the responsibility. What kind of stupid staff is this!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am running piller to post for getting NOC for car loan. I have paid entire amount loan + interest as per schedule without a single overdue. I called call center,
they are asking me to go to nearby branch,
I went to branch, they are asking to visit Home branch,
I went to home branch, they are asking to visit Loan centre.
Ideally NOC should be shared on registered mail but loan centre is suggesting that I have to visit personally.
No wonder why customers Knowingly default payment.

I have submitted the all the required documents and after 3 week bank said, sorry your all documents are missing and please resubmit the all documents. I am very disappoint this type of service.

Go to Axis Bank, Aditya Mall that is nearby in case you have reached above mentioned location
Google maps should change this as no bank exists here.. moreover this is shown inside a residential society.so even guards are telling that there is no axis bank inside.
