★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Axis Bank need to improve their services as well as staff behavior towards clients.The branch is good in terms of being spacious,it has CDM facility but staff behaviour is rude.Since it's a private bank,staff behavior should be good, pleasing and helpful.Axis Bank's tagline"dil se open" does not fit with the behaviour and attitude of their employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M giving 5 star for AMIT SIR (counter no 8) he is very helpful n kind person thanks to amit sir... but because of counter 11 m giving only 1 star I asked for new passbook he told to wait I waited for long but he went without saying anything.. that's very bad
