★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird place and uncooperative people. When you ask something very simple, they won't answer, they will play dumb charades.
Went to update my mobile to aadhar on 9th Aug, 2021 with appointment letter in hand. But, they gave a date of 23rd Sept, 2021 to come and check if that can be done.
I feel pity on myself to be born in such a place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I knew that private sectors bank had to be good, but this branch of axis bank proved me wrong. The staffs here are totally useless. If you are a customer who transacts large amount regularly, they would behave gently with you. Otherwise they do not like to listen to you. Also if you have any complaint about any service, they will not receive it. The staffs misguide people at the time of account opening. They tell about free services, but after some days you get a message of being charged for the same service. And when you inform the auhority about it, they completely deny about the free services. Also their charges are very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best private sector banks providing quick service. Staff's behaviour is also good but one drawback is that they often misguide people or customers and insist them forcefully to take loans specially personal loan promising minimum interests and good returns but in reality they are making profit in this way.Customers are being cheated financially afterall where as other govt owned banks like SBI, UBI,PNB don't do so. So dear customers please be warned of these matters.otherwise it's great in providing services.
