Even if there's no crowd, they'll still do nothing about your query and waste your 3-4 hours and will finally say, "it's 5, pm, we're closing for the day."
Unnecessary transactions by the bank are very frequent in Axis bank. If the customer is not reachable by phone, courier them as it is your responsibility as a bank. Because when it's about due loan payments and interests, you have all the resources down your sleeve to contact the customer.
