★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty good place to arrange some function like college party... I have been visited here once.. my experience was good... Infrastructure is good... It has a fully air conditioning hall.. parking is free here.. but one thing is bad i.e, connectivity... Although catering services is also good here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst convention centre I have been to. The management and catering is absolutely worst. Hospitality is a shame. There are non-functional toilets, issues of mosquitoes and flies, dirty carpets and linen. And on top of it the food; the servers are unprofessional and least bothered to serve you. They will serve you with cold starters and main course, and even the hot beverages; infact we were served coffee made of soured milk. The dishes were dirty and servers did not bother to listen you. There was no uniformity in dress code of waiters. Ayaati management spoilt our function

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple halls and lawns with different capacity. Very clear communication and proper documentation of everything you book. Decoration they offer have variety to choose on as per your need and customisation availbale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort is so huge in size . Several halls are there to manage multiple marriage functions at a time.
Inside car parking lot is too spacious as well as resort.
Though location is too far from Delhi but it's ok when you reach a non congested place after a long ride.
This resort is budget friendly for middle and upper middle class people.
I would love to highly recommended.

You will find the server missing half the time.
There will be absolutely no eagerness to replenish the items even when it is crowded.
Manager was simply not bothered to do anything.
Just avoid it by any means.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and beautiful place for weddings. Abhishek ji is extremely cooperative. Rooms are nice . Villa gives a fort look. Can’t find a better place for destination wedding .
