★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst building, locality is poor, room size are small, price is much higher. You will get much better flat in this price. Go for reputated builder like mahima or ARG etc. Ayojan Builder is not reputated and basically thug, they will promise you so many things, but once you purchase a flat you will feel how badly they cheated you. You will need maintainence within 2 years and it will not stop. For example You willl go by branded tap and bathroom fitting but pipe fitting within wall are real headache. They will start leaking problem. Read carefully registration papers before you sign those.
