★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong Test Reports by AMCARE: During second month of pregnancy of my wife Priya doctor asked me to do various blood tests. Hospital provided wrong blood group report which is serious issue in case of pregnancy . On receiving blood group report of my wife from AMCARE I felt little doubt as O negative is very rare blood group. I decided to get it tested from LAL PATH which confirms B -ve blood group. Concerned doctor at AMCARE asked me to confirm this with another LAB so that complete assurance is there. So I got it tested from LIFE Tree which again confirm B -ve. (Reports attached).
Second incidence: Presently 3rd month treatment of my wife Priya is going on. Doctor asked for blood test along with second ultrasound. We submitted blood sample on 15.03.2022. I did follow up regarding reports on 17.03.2022, they said no sample is received. The hospital staff kept blood sample for two days with themselves without proceeding further. Also the receptionist mentioned wrong blood test instead of what doctor recommended. This is clear cut careless attitude of Hospital staff and reflects non seriousness towards patient. A person goes to private hospital for better service and saving time. But here is opposite. We have to visit again due to there poor service.
