They provide Ayurvedic medicines, oils and health care organic items. The therapeutic and relaxation massages are highly commendable. β β β β β I am giving 5 stars because of my overall happiness with the service and good treatment I received. Staff members are very polite & nice. Coordination with the front desk was so easy. Special mention to Avana, who is very good in treating the customers well. She is kind enough to ask for problem areas to concentrate on. No one is money minded which is nice to see nowadays as compared to other massage centers. I strongly recommend and visit again here.

β β β β β Very good Ayurveda treatment for different body problems. They Provide very good Shirodhara treatment. Staff is good and ambience is very calm.would strongly recommend Dr. Aastha's AYURDHARA KENDRA for persons looking for treatment for problems with the spine, bones, muscular weakness issues, weight related issues, facial
paralysis. My face became completely normal and the recovery was 100%!! She has a golden touch! Later I got cured for slip-disc too. The ayurvedic oils used for massage and medicines she gives are of very good quality and have no side effects. I have always felt rejuvenated after the massage treatments available at her centre.

β β β β β A very good and effective centre for overall healing...the Yoga teacher Dr Aastha, is able to guide the yoga asanas and helped me improve the flexibility..the herbal medicines are also very effective and do not have any side effects...
Overall great experience would definitely recommend..
