★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Ayurprevencia Clinic for swelled, itchy and painful piles. I also had insomnia. Doctor gave me medicated oil as a application for piles and a few oral medicines. It took three months to reduce swelling, pain and itching of pile. She conducted Shirodhara for 8 days to help me in insomnia. These sessions were extremely relaxed and rejuvenating.Clinic has a very clean, pleasant Panchkarma Unit. I strongly recommend the Ayurprevencia Clinic for any type of Ayurvedic and Panchkarma Treatment.

I followed every instructions regarding the medicine, diet and exercise given by doctor. For me it was always difficult to lose single kg. My journey towards fitness and slim body is still going on. They have custom designed my programme. And I am losing weight in a good pace. I follow the healthy diet and yoga postures advised by them. Yoga postures help me to stay balanced. She conducted various panchakarma for my stiffness and pain. During my treatment i observed clinic had caring and professional staff with comfortable and relaxing environment.
Doctor prescribed me oral medicines with panchkarma. Within 4-5 days I could wear my shirt on my own. I got 90 % relief in 8 days treatment.

I take off from the office during virechan process to avoid travelling. This time doctor from Ayurprevencia provided me a few tablets and medicated ghee. I also underwent 5 oil massage and steaming sessions in a very clean and cozy panchkarma unit.
Ayurprevencia Clinic conducted virechan effectively without any troubles.They advised me a list of Pathya after completion of Panchkarma. I am now free from acidity. I am grateful to ayurprevencia for the panchakrma treatment and wonderful yoga sessions.
