β β β β β If you are looking for genuine Ayurvedic treatment and massage, this is one of the best place that you have to be in. I have been to other centreβs, but the treatment and care that you get here is really great. Donβt opt for cheaper price offered from other centres, because quality of medicine used for treatment also matters. Therapists are also experienced and steam bath is a must try after a very good massage. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Very good. I used to drive long distances due to that I am getting frequently neck and shoulders paid. Here I took a treatment for the above issue. Mr. Cyril given good massage for my neck and shoulders. After that i am feeling better.

β β β β β Worst services and also costlier as compared to competitors. I tried 5 times to get slot for the steam bath, but they didn't give me any slot also when i got the slot and i was on the way to Ayurveda Soudha they said now you need to wait for more than 30 mins as another customer came and slot is not available. After that they said sir please come after some time and we will give you complementary therapy. Ayushan therapy center is way better also cheaper as compared to Ayurveda Soudha.

β β β β β Service is good. Place is very calm and soothing. We went for a ful body massage with hot steam. 45 min of masaage ad 15 min of steam. Followed by hot water bath..they provide you disposable towels, soap and a shampoo for bath.
At the end they also serve you with a kashaya kind of a thing which is also very good.
Most f the staff speak malyalam and tamil only. Cost is 1100/person for full body massage.

Therapist Anand is very good at his work and mastery the art of relaxing the stiff muscles with proper pressure
I felt very relaxed next day onward and my body feels more flexible for any sports or physical activity.
