yesterday I visited the hospital Ayurveda yogashram in Ranjit avenue.
I have been taking medicine from Dr. Naveen Arya here from 25 Days. I was suffering from High Blood pressure, stress and anxiety & used to take English medicines to suppress the pain , but made my body weak.
