Ayuskama Ayurveda Clinic and Institute is located in Bhagsunag (Bhagsu) – a beautiful hill village and tourist spot, that’s a 30-minute drive from lower Dharamshala. There are many shops, restaurants, guesthouses, and nature walks available in Bhagsu.
McLeod Ganj, commonly known as the home of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan people who live there in exile, is a 20-minute walk away. Mcleod Ganj is a lively town with a Tibetan influence and offers a range of restaurants, stores, hotels, and temples to explore.

β β β β β I never ever planned on doing Panchakarma until my good friend advised I see Dr Sharma as I was suffering from joint paint and dryness. Dr Sharma was able to tell from my pulse and tongue exactly what my body needed. He is so helpful, kind and trustworthy The moment I started my Basti treatments I felt a change. He sees to so many people everyday and made space and time for me and I am so grateful to have him and his wonderful therapists on this journey to get my body healthy . I am also looking into studying Ayurveda with him next next year. I highly recommend Ayuskama Ayurveda.

β β β β β I highly recommend Dr. Sharma to everyone who is interested in either treatments or general studies in Ayurveda. I worked with him over a period of 3 months during my yoga teacher training, as a patient myself and as a student in his basic & therapist course. He helped me to get my health back on track and taught me a great deal about life, diet and how our bodies work. He also educated me about veganism and made me aware of the fact that veganism might not be an ideal long-term diet for everyone regardless of ethics, health & environmental factors. Ultimately, one has only one body - and that should be treated in a way which is sustainable.
In terms of studies, Dr. Sharma is a great teacher! His courses are exceptionally-well structured which make studying very enjoyable as everything begins to make perfect sense over time. The courses contain very useful and practical knowledge and one always feels well taken care off - offline & online.

First I came to Ayuskama because of health issues. Not only that Dr. Arun helped me with this, but with so much more.
Since i came to Dr. Arun's clinic I knew that I want to learn from him. Pure wisdom, knowledge, kindness and honesty. I felt that I can trust him completely. After the opportunity to take an online course came... So I went for it and it was truly one of the best decisions. From experience i can say that The Ayurveda Therapist Course has the ability to improve lives. It has helped already so much! So holistic and explained in such interesting enjoyable way, that i just started to watch it again and again i am finding so many valuable things.

The content of the course provides you with a rounded holistic knowledge of not only Ayurveda, but also Indian philosophies, giving you a full holistic understanding of Ayurveda. Wanting to get some basic fundamental ayurveda knowledge, I tried to reach out few from rishkesh the sensible and satisfied answer I received was from Doctor Vinod.
He delivered good information through out all the sessions as the topic was discussed. I was satisfied with what I expected, it is always good to have some basic knowledge about dinchariya and rituchariya as per ayurveda for healthy life style to maintain.
Also I took some panchakarma sessions, therapist are really good.
