★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a peacceful housing society in patparganj having several 4 story apartment blocks, but there are no lifts.The complex is rather crowded. Parking space is overcrowded. Upcoming metro station, adjacent hospital and approach are advantages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society is one the best I have seen in Patparganj. The society has a very peaceful environment along with decent & sophisticated locality.
Everything is easily accessible from here, in less time.
Hospital is situated just opposite to this society which makes it very easy to get help in case of emergencies.
The best part of the society is the Mosque which is at one corner of the society. Anyone who has kissed their Jumma at 1:30 pm, can offer it here at 2:00 pm
Now it is soon going to have a metro station just next to its entrance gate. Commuting would be a lot easier now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On your right its vidyut apartment and in you left its azaad Apartments water logging problem is very common here and management is very lazy i was here for 1year n left, car is not safe in the premises nobody takes responsibility instead they suggest to call police if your car is damaged only 1 hour of rain can cause water logging and u literally have to walk with knees under water and the society is very dirty no proper staff available for cleaning every block has wet and cracked pillars living here is the most pathetic experience if u r looking to buy or rent property here i suggest not to waste ur money. Coz u will never be stress free
