★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked three full truck loads for transport of Ice-cream machinery from Gujarat to Bihta (Patna) at our Dairy plant.
Total cost has been quoted as per full truck load of Rs. 2,45,000/- and all vehicles have been loaded with extra materials from different places and now it has resulted in severe damage of at least 5 machines.
On one truck heavy steel pipes and fittings had been loaded on our machines, while on second truck heavy bags and sacks of plastic pipes had been loaded on machines.
Last truck was even changed to a bigger truck so that extra materials like Printing Ink Drums could be loaded on our sensitive machines.
Even on lower side cost of repairing would be at least Rs. 50,000/-
We booked full truck loads so that Machines could arrive safely to our plant.
This is breach of trust by Azad Transport and its employees and attract penalties. We have been regularly using services of Azad Transport for last 4.5 years and this is how we have been cheated by Azad Transport.
We hereby claim damage of Rs. 50,000/- from Azad Transport for repair of our 5 critical Machineries.
