★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all i am really confused about how he managed to get these much stars.
I was at goregaon for my company work for one day. My bike badly needed service. So i searched on Google and i found this, like any one should be i was overwhelmed with the reviews. So i thought they will do good service and in the meantime i can do with my work. I talked to him, he quoted me with a high price of service charge. But he said we are little expensive but we do all the work which others don't. I just trusted blindly and noded okay then do it. So on the same day the service was done and i went there. It was ready, by the look, when i took closer look the led has same problem then he struck the bike with hands and somehow it worked. Then there was loose hook screw that too wasn't tighten. Horn stopped working on the same day while i was returning to home. And when I tried nothing felt like it has been serviced just he tightens the break, little greasing done. Engine was making same noise, but he said we opened and deep cleaned it, after 1 day it won't come but it kept coming. Bike started vibrating, then i came to a conclusion that he didn't even change the engine oil. In Short he did nothing and charged a high amount. As i don't have leave from my work, i put my trust in him. Also i was in goregaon for just 1 day, i didn't get time to visit him again.
So maybe he's a person with technalities, he's a cheater, fraud. He noticed someone not from local, and he looted him by doing nothing.
Lesson is don't trust anyone, if you're giving your vehicle for service, stand there and witness everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Amazing. The kind of task my KTM Duke 200 had posed was a big issue post COVID lockdown. Pick-up & Drop service was provided which was really nice. the service that was done on my bike made me feel as if i was riding it brand new. The charges levied was nominal to that of the KTM Service Centre. I personally prefer Azhar and his team to work on my bike as they are well-versed with the kind of work that is required. Also, not to forget that the Turn-Around-Time for Delivery is also considerably quick. KTM service centres do not hold credibility these and i personally recommend everybody in my circle to get the repair job done from Azhar.

Best hospitality, polite, gentle and professional approach towards his work and customer. Very dedicated to his job while performing his activity.
