★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had placed an order of signboard and standees with this company . However after a couple of days the standees broke down completely. We had requested them to come down and take care of the problem but no one came . We gave a google review sharing our experience and then we received a call from their representative asking us to delete our review else no service will be provided . It has been over a month but still no sign of them . Extremely horrible after sales service . Don't recommend this company . Horrible experience.
Brilliant explanation by the owners as well !! Their standees are so brittle that if it is moved an inch it will break down . For your information the standees were placed at the same spot in a mall for three days and then the pasting of the standee came off and the standee collapsed due to faulty design . The representative even had informed us that you guys will come down and solve the issue . But then no one came and now you are talking about warranty. Extremely horrible experience. Atleast have the courtesy to own up your mistakes and avoid giving sub standard products and stop taking orders if you can't deliver quality material.

But the thing that has sarisfied me the most is their after sales service. Didn't expect such things in these days. For my next shop also I'll take service from them only and I'd recommend all of you to give bb enterprise an opportunity to make your shop more attractive
