★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lame excuses of CORONA and LIMITED availability of staff. we sent drive for repair on 5th Sept, they receive it on 7th Sept. After several calls They analysed and opened drive on 15th and refused to repair saying DIRT and 10years of AGE. Drive was packed and kept ready since 17th SEPT for DISPATCH in their office. ANALYSIS CHARGE of Rs 3000/-paid on the same day(17th Sept) within half an hour of receiving their invoice to get the drive back instantly. On 26th We get email that your Drive will be dispatched on 27th Sept.
European Drives don’t get scrap within 10years. We have as many as 50 machines in our factory running with 20+ years of AGE of several companies of European make.
It is a miserable failure of their organisation to tackle after sales services. I wish their parent organisation know of such lethargic system of after sales services.
