★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. Highly non committed and unprofessional owner and staff! No delivery of goods even after a month and a baseless argument by so called owner’s son!! Least bothered of what the customer is going through. A total no no!! Please avoid at any cost!!!
PS: There was no rating in negative else I would have given the same!!!!!

Unprofessional staff, very late on delivery of goods, cannot understand any requirements of customisation, make completely avoidable mistakes in the simplest of tasks like even making a straight cut drawer that is aligned to its frame or even putting together a piece of furniture that does not shake.
Moreover, they cheat customers by cutting their own costs by leaving entire surfaces unpainted, unpolished...anything that is not outwardly visible.
No value for money, but more importantly, they will frustrate the customer. I have lost all faith in getting furniture ordered. Even online sellers of furniture have a lot more accountability than these cheats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 3+1+1 sofa from them 3 weeks before Diwali 2019. The sofa has turned out good, so far, but the experience of buying was horrible.
They promised delivery in a week, but took 18 days to deliver after countless phone calls. On the day of the delivery, I had to wait at their shop for 6 hrs to see the sofa for final inspection. There was a defect, but the shop owner insisted on full payment before they fix it. After unnecessary arguments, they agreed to fix it first before accepting payment. They promised a delivery next day in the morning, but later delivered late night.
At the time of accepting delivery at home, I noticed another minor defect, which they promised to fix in 2-3 days. It took more than a month to fix after I called them every day for 30 days asking when they'll fix it.
In short, buy at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a customised wall mounted dressing table. We were promised for delivery time of 6 pm. We tried calling before coming which were not answered. We reached the shop for delivery at 7.30 where we came to know that there is still time for the same to get completed. Further the product was made using defective wood piece which we pointed out to them. At this point, instead of admitting their mistake, we were rudely asked to take our money back.
We would never go that down to buy or accept the product. We humbly took our money back and returned from there.
Worthless people as they don’t care for loss of time and effort of the customers. We had planned the things accordingly and all things / schedule had to change Their products might be good, but not worth going to this shop, sheer out of the behaviour of the people at the shop.
Never ever visit if you are looking for quality service.
