★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, put me in a position to board a bus which had very different vibes as compared to the one for which I paid. Rude behaviour of operator who was very much ready to be aggressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to draw your attention to a very horrible experience i have had with BS Holidays on this date.
Below are the following issues i had while travelling:
1. Bus was departure late around 10 PM where the planned departure was 8:30 PM.
2. Bus did not file the state TAX while entering in the state which was stopped by Haryana Police in outer Karnal City, the policeman took us to police station regarding that which made the trip more late, it was around 1:30 at night we were not given any dinner stoppage till that where an ideal halt should be before 12 PM.
3. The driver told police that he is just driving for the sake of friendship.
4. There were no mask provided so we were again stopped by policeman due to some travellers not following the COvid rules.
5. Finally in morning when everyone was sleeping in bus and we were in outskirts of chandigarh being already late by 7 hours we met a horrifying accident with a truck which broke the glasses of bus and many of the passengers including my friend got injured, thankfully nobody got injured or hospitalized.
I never post such comments on any of the site, but never had such bad experience where BUS owner is also in the bus and not paying any responsibility regarding the happenings in the travel.

These guys are duping customers by showing all good reviews on make my trip. They charge the most and give the worst service possible. It's all a scam
Issues with BS holiday travels.
1. Didn't get to sit on booked seats. They threaten to stop the bus if we demanded our booked seats
2. Charged extra for luggage
3. No curtains whatsoever, forget about sleeping the vehicle lights will be a nightmare and will give u headache.
4. No leg roon, the bus size is small compared to other volvo buses.
5. They don't follow bus schedule. Bus leaves 2 hours late and reaches 4 hours late
6. No shawls, no snacks. They don't even maintain bus temperature. U will freeze to death.
7. Worst bus suspensions.
8. Rude bus staff
This bus service dont even deserve a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever!! Bus broke down after 2-3 km from Delhi on the way to Manali on April 1st and they left us in the midway without taking any responsibility. We had to book another cab for higher price and reach Manali. Such an irresponsible people. No refunds provided. Tried to contact them and they are not picking up the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book tickets from this travels because if you book sits 1-2 you get back sits of bus if you would travel due to some reasons you won't get a single rupee of refund. I booked my 4 tickets from paytm and don't travel because of sits change and don't get single rupee refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very very poor. I suggest you all to never travel by this transport and ashok travel. In photo they show some other bus and give seat or sleeper in other one. Online they show all amenities but a single amenities is available in the bus. Very much angry with my experience with them. Even there is no cleaning in the bus and sleeper quality is so much inferior. Took more than 15 hrs in my journey where as travel time is just 12 hrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I denied to travelled in the bus due to such a pathetic services and very poor condition. I suggest everyone don't book any buses through online from any website unless and untill you have physically verified. All positive reviews are fake. They were shown good images but have nothing inside the buses. Even though sleeper trains are much better from these inter city buses as compare to condition and services. The sleeper coaches of these buses looks like a jail and very very uncomfortable. ??
