From the day when I bought this flat I felt so much positive I can't express , secondly the staff , starting from sales to execution till today all are so humble and responsible , two names I would definitely want to say .one is Mr Amit Parmar along with dhanashree who always gave so much respect and time to time guidance for all the documentation and legal paper work,
Secondly Mr Devendra Patel , the day I started my interiors he was the person who made me feel chandak stella as my home, bcoz if we had any issues in the flat, he was the one to solve the issues at one go without any hesitation.always available , I have never seen such efficient and hardworking staff in any builder lobby. Damodarji the technical person has always been so supportive .I would say you have the best team and efficient management
And specially today's tree plantation event was a great success, the food and other arrangement was excellent, I can say that all the members of the society are so happy with the total staff and the management team to organise such a successful event and I feel so proud that we have such a positive and broad minded personality like you who will always support us .. The gym , the garden and the banquet are the usp of stella.. God bless you and your team and wish you all the success in your life ahead.
