B.U.Bhandari - Honda Bike Service Centre - Pune

I have been there multiple times. It's a really good place to get your bike serviced. The staffs are really cooperative. They will try to service your bike at the earliest and give it to you. They really have a good follow up system. Datas are stored properly. Update: I was really happy with the service but I had to change this because of my recent experience. I had given my bike on Tuesday (4th June)and have been going daily but still it will take 3 more days.(by 10th June) is what they said. I know it will take time because of their damages but still makes me think.

My Bike is quite old enough now, Im a Motorcyclist love to travel on my motorcycles i also own a Pulsar 220 and a Pulsar 200 always being into riding 200 and above cc motorcycles mostly familiar with the problems which come in this type of bikes, i was facing several issues with the CBR 250 like Wobbling of handle after 70 kmph, Engine oil leakage from head and clutch cover case downside, please see the images for clarity, then the accelerate cable was not as free as it use to be, the coolant was pretty old enough, and there were small replacement parts like air-filter neutral light kit, rear indicator and clutch lever replacement. NOTE all the images have being taken after the Servicing done on the bike at the honda bu bhandari workshop. So i plan to take the bike to the most reputed Bu bhandari workshop and prior going there i had taken an appointment for the servicing, i did called them on Saturday for the appointment, again confirmed it on Sunday they said me to come by 10 in the morning so that the work could be done on the bike easily because it had too many problems, i reached there by 10 sharp now i get to know that i will have to wait for some time to get my bike into service area i was waiting till 3.45 i lost my patience and had a word with the service guy then they took my CBR for the service i mentioned every problem on the service list itself i was told that the problems will get resolved and the price was informed to me i was okay with the price, now in just 2 hours my bike comes for the final wash and i was amazed at the time it took only 2 hours for such big work which was to be done, it came with all the work done as per showroom guys, when i checked the bike, I got to know they didn't even had opened the fairing of my bike. Coolant was not replaced it was top-up (are you kidding me i said to replace) they dint even gave the box back to me but charged me, engine oil leakage they forgot to do so didn't bother to check that either, Steering wobbling issue still there, accelerate cable was not even touched it was same when i asked them to replace this, even the brake fluid was less on the bike i asked them to replace the fuild even it was not replaced, on the top, when i showed them all this, service guy said me that sir you want discount that is why now you are telling me this, it had screwed me more now, when i went through the bill, in the morning the guy said me all the work will be done in this amount even though i paid the same amount my work on the bike was not done they only replaced the parts which were easy to replace on the front end and charged Rs1138 as the labour. please see the bill and the images attached no oil was applied to the parts which were jam enough like the foot pedals stand and its a checkpoint which they should do i paid for everything even for the servicing which they didnt do and still my bike has all those problems which where there in it. ALL I WANTED WAS ONLY TO GET MY BIKE PROPERLY SERVICED AND THAT WAS WHY I BOUGHT IT TO AUTHORISED SERVICE STOP. They didn't bother to change the things i wanted to change this is how the servicing is done on the bike and i paid everything still servicing was not done on the bike. they didn't cleaned my sparkplugs and charged me 750 for the servicing. Im very upset with the service, ALL THIS SCREWED ME MORE WHEN I WENT FOR A RIDE ON TUESDAY THE BIKE HANDLE WAS MORE STIFFER THEN BEFORE AND IT WAS WOBBLING LIKE ANYTHING NOW WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I COULD HAVE CRASHED, just because of not opening the parts and not repairing it properly it could have got me into serious Trouble, i will never ever bring my bike there and i hate everyone there at the workshop they dont even talk nice, pathetic also ill keep on sharing this with every rider who come and share there experience in IBW (INDIA BIKE WEEK) SO PEOPLE GET TO KNOW ABOUT IT ALSO ILL MAKE SURE TO SHARE THIS ON Xbhp AND LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THIS SO PEOPLE WHO ARE PLANING TO GET THERE BIKE SERVICED AT BU BHANDARI WILL GET AN IDEA. This is My experience of getting my CBR serviced......!!!!!!!

Worst service, never go to this service centre, i hv wasted my 1400rs engine noise increased and mileage decreased, also they have put bu bhandari sticker on back of my bike,

The service provider here is great you'll love the work they do and the bike that comes after servicing. Employee team is good with you and gives you suggestions regarding what parts you can repair or about the faults in your bike/scooter. You can ask for early delivery of your scooter provided they have less number of bikes/scooter to service. This is considered to be one of the best recommend place to service your bike/scooter

I visited B U Bhandari for Unicorn sticker- I inqured for same in other service centers but no one able to arrange that sticker..I really appreciate customer service of B U Bhandari Bhavani Peth center..and special thanks to ANNA who fixed that sticker perfectly and correct place without taking single rupees. I offered him to take the charges but he didn't take.

So unprofessional. The person working does not even know how to do things properly. I ga e my bike to install mono shock absorber. He said it would take 4-5 hours when I came to collect I noticed it was installed upside down. I pointed it and he was in denial. After proving him he said OK wait 30 min and then did it the correct way. In doing that he somehow disturbed the settings of the back disc brake and I am having trouble since then of my brakes will never give my bike for servicing or any fixing in BU Bhandari

Santosh Floor supervisor helped me out with the service problem which I faced during the service. He personally took my bike under his supervision and saw that I don’t face any previous issue which I was facing after the service. Highly recommended for your Honda bike service.
