★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff.Booked an online test drive from MG offical website on 12/02/2022 and they linked it to this MG dealership and till date haven't got the test drive done.They have all their reasons like on 12/02/2022 their were alot of walk-in customers so they rescheduled it for monday 14/02/2022,then the staff messaged that car was not available on monday and he is like we will reschedule it for wednesday according to their convenience.
Didn't expected this kind of service from BU BHANDARI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited showroom and amazed to hear the explanation from Mangesh and detailed descriptions by him. Very nice approach by sales person and very good hospitality by showroom. Mangesh managed to arrange test drive for me Astor both turbo and CVT model and have ample time for explanation for Astor and Hector. Very good experience being my 1st visit.

Not only is the car a premium feature rich, fully loaded product, their service also makes the customer feel premium. Unlike other companies who just claim that customer satisfaction is their objective, MG lives up to that motto. What really stands out is that they actually go out of the way for customers. The ability to have your car serviced at any MG service center across india at no cost (service cost is actually 0), takes the cake. Special thanks to the professionalism of Mr Nadeem, Usha mam and the whole team during the sales process, Mr Motwani from the Servicicing team. They happily gave us multiple test drives of the Hector Plus in different variants so that we could choose the right variant for us. Definitely recommended car and dealer.
