★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are they technician? Really third class people. My OPX screen went off however led was blinking, I could hear ringtones and receive calls on swiping blindly. To a surprise they opened the device and said look at motherboard it's dead and need replacement. I argue on my points and now they said lcd needs to be replaced. What the heck. If lcd had problems why touch is working, if motherboard is a problem why I would receive a call. They are complete money suckers. Going to raise a concern with one plus but don't have high expectations from a Chinese company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inefficient technician. Girls sitting in counter to attend the customer used to fool people around. I had consecutively visited this center twice but of no use. Pathetic service. I bought new mobile and it is having microphone problem as caller fails to hear my voice. The technician failed to repair the mobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have submitted a mobile phone on 5th of this month and today is 19th May, it's been 15 days and I did not get my mobile back. Funny thing is that I did not even get a call back from the service center, why there is delay. The behavior was worst than worst. It seems like they forgot to order the part bcz I paid fully on 5th and got receipt note on 18th. Then they are telling me to collect the phone on 23rd. Very poor performance and headaches.....if you visit be careful....

Others MI stores told me that they need to keep my phone for service but when reach here the staff was so friendly and they understand my problem. After they return my phone within 15 and it was perfectly fine... I wish I don't need to repair my phone again but If need then I'll visit only this service centre... Well done guys I appreciate your good work and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience visiting this service centre. There were some issues in my redmi 3s speaker for which i visited them. Earlier i heard lot of bad about xiaomi after sales service in India. But after visiting this service centre i can surely say that these are the things of past.. Their staff is very courteous and i was attended very nicely. I had to visit the two times due to some hardware problems , and both the times parts were replaced on the same day(within 1 hour).. this is super fast and i think better than the likes of Apple and Samsung. Kudos to this service centre. There are pretty good engineers. Both the times my phone was repaired by Mr. Gufran(if i can remember) and thanks to him for his super fast speed of identifying the problem and repairing the device. Other staff's like attendants are also very polite and well trained. Kudos to this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Service Centre For Nubia, Mi and one Plus in my opinion. I've Nubia N1 in which The charging port was not working, Then I Went to this centre And gave me the time of minimum 10 days Due to non availability of hardware. After ten days My phone was Perfectly charging. They called me Said that Your phone is ready and you can pick up your phone. Staff is very very good and polite to everyone. Service is Also Good. Overall Best Experience from this service Centre. FIVE STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
