Baati was soft and tasty dipped in ghee as it should be, dal, chokha everything was fabulous. This branch on till plaza road made the experience more better. Enjoyed a nice drive and spent quality time with my family.
Service was excellent, servers were so mannered and smiling.The way they requested that they want to serve food on the plate was such a special gesture.
Went for my daughter's pre bday dinner as she is turning 5 on this place dedicated to daughters made my experience so special.
Thank you baati chokha restaurant for serving us this good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully crafted restraunts.. gives authentic village feel. Food is amazing everything is lip-smacking and delicious, only improvements they can work. on is making Baati a lil crisper on outside and not soggy. Apart from this do try kheer and bakheer.
Overall a must visit place from people around Varanasi... though they do have branched in Kolkata and Lucknow.
Had a wonderful evening with my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superbly awesome food, authentic ka bhi authentic taste and an incredible time at this Restaurant managed by the 'betiyan'. The place has its own choices of spices (made strictly by them), freshly cooked food, 100% authentic ghee and a variety of options one can choose from (I have attached pic of the restaurant's Menu) and you may refer to it. The amazing aloo-baigan ka chokha and the baati's with tamatar ki chutney is an unforgettable delicacy one shouldn't miss at all. The location of the restaurant is very nice as it's on the main by-pass road (next to the NHAI Toll Plaza) in Varanasi (near Daafi). The place is a must visit place and I will most certainly recommend this to anyone who wants to have an authentic food! The 'Today's Menu (Aaj ka Special)' is displayed near the entrance and written on a blackboard with white chalk and one can choose some wonderful options from this menu. The interiors are another lovely thing you will see while entering the restaurant- the royal entrance wooden panel gives the restaurant a kashmiri-look and the brilliantly designed interiors is truly mesmerising. The fine-paintings depicting Varanasi ghats and a rural-village look is absolutely stunning and you would enjoy the lights (lanterns that were used sometime back and are now losing its importance), low/On-the-floor sitting and multiple things that are served with utmost love, care and hygiene! The nicely dressed up betiyan serve food with a beautiful smile and that's something that displays the true character of Benaras, Varanasi or Kashi!
We also saw and met some foreigners enjoying the delicacy truly engrossed in the bhakti of Mahadev (Lord Shiva). Do visit, experience and enjoy this lovely restaurant which to my view and standards deserve a 7 Star ? rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Village Vibe. Clean premise and a fast service of meals. Restaurant runs with a great message of women empowerment. You can have Birthday celebrations, Marriage Celebrations, etc. also here with your family. I guess they don't allow stag entry. Atleast one female is must in your group for entry.
Location is just 100ms before Dafi Toll Plaza at GT Road (NH2), about 5kms from Lanka Crossing, 14kms from Cantt Railway Station.
