★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is rude as hell. The pool and changing room are kept in the worst possible way . The timings you are given is only 30 minutes as they will let you enter the area at 7 ( for changing) and ask you to come out of the pool at 7: 40 . The instructors are rude . The girls area in the pool is 1/4 and the bigners ( even the boys of any age )are also in the girls area .. coming to the changing rooms ..rooms are not there curtains are so up that it is of no use , showers are not working . The instructors are shouting for no reason and have no sense of talking to any one . The charges are 100 per dip and it is not worth at all . Over all bad experience and worst swimming pool .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Extremely poor and rude staff. Starting from person who sits at front desk till the cleaning staff no one knows how to treat clients and talk properly.
2. It is an over crowdy pool so washrooms are always untidy and stinky. There is long queue outside changing rooms after every class.
3. Trainers will always be shouting and yelling at kids who are there to learn swimming, kids out of fear follow trainers and learn but trainers fail to understand same treatment cannot be given to adults.
4. Female trainer is pathetic. She has language problem . She doesnt understand Hindi or English very well.
There is only one female trainer so she comes into water only for one class and doesnt bother about other classes . She usually stands at corner of pool and gives instructions in her broken Hindi.
Even though pool is big and nice , arrogant staff makes the experience horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The swimming experience is horrible. The manager said they do not add chlorine for first 10 days and do not change the water for a long time.
The trainers just sit on a chair and rarely get into the water. Infact they tell the users their convenient time when they should come otherwise you are on your own.
They often close down the pool without informing anyone.
If you are expecting a good service and clean swimming pool, this is not the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried this place twice once for the gym 1 decade ago and for swimming in 2021. This place and the rude uncouth uncivilised employees managers owners haven’t changed their way of working and talking one bit. They’re rude uncivilised and uncouth illiterate villagers. They’re basically always ready to pick a fight with their customers if they don’t agree to what they say. They’re downright unfriendly and also do not deliver on their promises and their prices are also high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swimming charges are too high... For a family of 3 they are charging Registration fees 2 times (1 time for couple and 1 time for single kid)... Trainer charges are 2400 per person. I found that lighting also is not proper...
I guess sec 29 Gymkhana swimming pool has somewhat less charges.

please please don’t put your child in this swimming academy. Every staff is totally rude
reception guy illiterate frustrated person don’t know how to behave with clients .
totally waste of money you definitely regret if you pay in this academy it’s my own personal experience.
even they charge gst without GST bill or GST number.
pathetic place for swimmer’s.
