Many passenger travelling without ticket. Staff is taking money without tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a seat with his transporter from Raebareli to Gurgaon on 28/Jun/2019. On the travel day (29/Jun) they said bus is full, if you want to go then can go upto Bachrawan in the driver cabin thereafter we will provide you the seat. After reaching there they denied the seat to me. I have to return back with no choice left.
Bus staff was very unprofessional, have not sense of management and talking sense to customers.
A big no to for their pathetic service.
Drivers ans other staff abuses so much in general conversation.
