OPD sister are rudely especially Shabana sister she dont have manners to talk wit patient as well as staff in front of patient she shout to staff and use rubbish language . I have heard many incident about her . I request u to please keep nice staff for progress of hospital . Overall good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to be admitted due to UTI and was surprised by the overall management in the hospital. The staff nursing & housekeeping really took care and were prompt, maybe coz of Covid there were hardly any patients but my 2 day stay was really good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good morning. My husband was to be admitted for an operation in this hospital on 10th February 2021. When I read the reviews I was taken a back because most of the reviews were not good but I had no choice because of the pandemic so went two days before to check on the hospital. I was shocked to see the beautiful response from the staff. They showed me the rooms as if I was a VIP. I can't understand how people can write such horrible reviews. Atleast for me it was the best experience. I have been to so many hospitals earlier before the pandemic and I feel this was the best experience. The staff are excellent from the counter to the nurses,wardboys, sweepers, in-house doctors and everyone. I hope I did not miss anyone. The place is so clean and hygienic. Also affordable.Discharge papers were ready in no time. I had a Mediclaim so I had to go to fill the Form B. I went on the 16th.They took my papers and told me to come on the 17th but to give them a call at 11am. But at 10am I get a call saying my papers are ready. God bless the entire team of Babasaheb Gawde hospital for having a good team and may this good spirit remain forever. God bless you all. Not forgetting Dr. Priti Jayakar who did an excellent job.

Also the staff was impolite and non cooperative in spite of not being crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience the counter staff is not supporting they don't know how to talk the lady sneha at counter don't even know there own hospital website she don't want to share there trustees name or anything.
