★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lady with very bad attitude owns this shop.
I had called her at 9.51pm asking her if she delivers a cake to which she sternly replied that I should have placed an order before for asking a cake at that time of night.
I gave the bakery a single star because of the way she talks to a customer. Precisely she should be polite! If they dont deliver cake or have any such criteria of pre-order then they should mentioned it in there page.
Can you people believe this!!! She called me at 11.15 pm to shout at me for giving her a single star!! I cant believe this!! Really??
Why have you kept your business open in google if you dont accept criticism for your wrong representation?
Edit- Why should I go and learn home bakery? Thats your business. I hope you do wonders in that. But a kind suggestion- learn a bit of politeness too cause its the customers whom you are serving and earning from. You couldn't provide a cake at midnight and earn a good review but you could surely call at midnight and shout cause of a bad review!

Best part is how they deal with customers..they would listen to each and every demand of yours and fulfil them to the utmost possible... Keep it up guys.. Great work...
