★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience we ever had!!! A friend suggested us to have bohri thaal from them. First they didn't accept the order as we gave short notice but later called and accepted. They priced Rs 2500. We agreed without negotiating as we didn't give one days notice. I personally called to ask for the items. Never had a clarity of dishes. We called the servers at 9pm. They arrived at 7 pm. When I started checking the food before serving I realised there was no bread/ naan or roti served. No gravy too. I had to make chapattis to serve the guests. 3 starters with soup, two ice creams, one mutton leg piece, fried rice, Chinese gravy. The dessert served was mango souffle.
Now comes the billing time. We were charged 3000 per thaal to our utter shock! When we called to ask the uncle is shouting at me.. don't waste my time for a mere 2 thaals. Dude.. customer is God and you can't dupe us like that. Main thing morning we negotiated with the son .. who was not at all ready to take our calls. The uncle kept talking and attending our calls.
Very very very disappointed!
