Pros :
1) Closer distance to public transport available.
2) Rent is very reasonable.
3) Morning and evening bookings. are seperately available. This ia very convenient.
Cons :
1) The staircase steps are high.
2) Hand-Wash basins have narrow passage.
3) Though it has a large OTS (open to sky) but proper ventilation to mainatin fresh air flow is lacking.
