I wanted to see configurations on the pack of the mobile set but didn't find & on asking the specifications, the lady(don't know the name) immediately gave the details by heart. I was like that's awesome & I did check whether it was correct or not. To my surprise, each word was correct. Further I was asking the price of the mobile whether it is same as in Online price & she gently replied with so confidence that it's same & you can check it. On checking, the price was same ☺️. And she suggested many different mobiles with same budget, didn't push any sales strategies. I was more than happy to buy mobile from there. I wish all store have this kind of lady with same attitude.

Brought phone accessories few weeks ago and had worst experience!
They put a Screen card which already had scratch on it and salesmen said it was d last piece still charged d full amount.
Also brought a phone cover (which he recommended & clearly said is of great quality) and within 5 days it’s colour started fading and on complaining he simply refused to change it and rudely replied what can I do now it has no guaranty.
In short they sell worst quality products at higher rates.
