Also the conductor is behave like debunked even after reservation i m sitting like i m in government bus ........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to rate minus if possible. Very rude and unprofessional behavior of driver and staff. They are threatening passengers also filling 4 people in place of 2 like goat and sheep, they are doing different business, today I am one of the victim of their black business, broakers charging money paying to drivers promising seats after boarding you will see no seats available you have to sit like a sheep with other 3 while you paid for full seat. I would like to make a complaint with against this fraudulent business. Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samreen travels are better than babu travels. Babu travels don't drop at Gurgaon at any mentioned drop points and they say that they won't stop at any point and you can do whatever you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst experience in bus travel. And trust I travel a LOT!!
The bus driver was rude and started abusing when I asked to see the condition of the washroom in the bus. When I asked question why cant i see it as I have a fellow female passanger with me, He started abusing and shouting.
It really disturbed my wife and she asked me to never travel by bus now.
The conductor was rude when asked about midway, as he didn't utter a word and nodded his head instead for no.
The bus might be clean but the driver's tongue is bad as their bus's washroom..
If you wanna feel unsafe throughout your journey specially want to make your female passanger uncomfortable. Then this bus is for you.
My bus was from kota to jaipur on 19 March at 3:45

The journey was great, from cleanliness of the bus to the on time departure, everything was good. The beds too were neat & clean and quite comfortable as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to rate the -5 for the bad service I have received buy them. I have never seen such bad service in my entire life.where as it is and AC but with good ticket prices
I have traveled to Gurgaon and the driver behavior is so unprofessional, very rude and behave like local rowdy.
On the dinner halt my kids and wife came running without washing hands, as the bus was just started with out care of the passengers went for dinner.
And on Gurgaon the driver denied the stoppage and told us that he will not stop at all and told all us almost 4 family to do what ever possible.
After so mush resistance he suddenly stopped the bus in dark and thrown the luggage , in nov winter morning we were helpless looking for the transport as it was not a dropping location and with no landmark nearby.
Even ola and Uber drive was helpless to get the exact pickup location as it was opposite side to flyover.
Better to pay even double money but do not travel to this bus.
