★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever buy the item from BabyCouture. I have bought 1 sandal from babycouture that was looking good and same item was not available on any other site so i bought. Cash on delivery option was there but they were charging 100 rs extra so i paid from CC(That is the trap), they have sent through ECom Express courier but now it is already 10 days but still i didn't get the item, so for whatever purpose i bought i cannot use it. Also there is no option to cancel the item and also there is no option to track the item as well. If you call the customer care they will not cancel the item and they will tell you will receive the item. Many 5 ratings you are seeing that is false rating, that you can see by the review content only, so never buy from Babycouture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy products from baby couture. There have very poor exchange policy. We bought a frock and size was small but when we sent them mail for exchange they said product we have bought is on sale and cannot be exchanged. But in the product information it was not written that it cannot be exchange. They have written the same in their return policy which i believe user will not go while buying product. Will request buyer to go through their return and cancellation policy before buying any product from this site. Moreover if have to return any product you have to pay for the courier as well . They do not have policy to pick and exchange the same for free like other site. Be carefully before buying any product from this site.
As frock which i had bought was small but it was for my daughter birthday and she had liked it so i got the same from other eCommerce site with less price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very horrible experience!!! Bought a frock for my daughter worth Rs. 1400 and got a shock when got it. It is not worth even Rs. 200. One wash and frock will shred. When I call the website, I get a bigger shock that they do not have a return or refund policy. How can online website not have a return policy? I would recommend all you guys to kindly check the product before placing the Order.
Quality of items are not worth the money you pay and the website is fooling people. It is a big thumbs down. Do not order anything on the website and get fooled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered one dress for my daughter, cost-5600. when the product arrived, we were very disappointed with the quality, the dress doesn't worth couple of hundreds. we see the label attached which marked "Made in China" so no surprise with the quality. when asked for refund, they replied no refund only points will be credited into your account to compromise with some other cheap stuff. I feel like robbed and want every other customer to please choose any other website but not "Baby Couture" for your shopping.
