★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Babydoll hospital staff behaviour very rude. Only earn extra money & other sources. I think staff is good but some cases to me staff behaviour is not good. Doctor see only urgent patients due to earn more money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic hospital, no admin. Took appointment in the morning, got 14 number (time 12 afternoon). It's more than 1 O clock, not getting the number, reception person has surprisingly told that there are 3 types of appointment- normal, urgent and online. I was not aware about all these. No place for sitting of the patients. One more guy got 14 number. So now my number has been manually changed to 15.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is one of the senior best in the city... sometimes u hv to wait for soooo long in the que for ur baby to get treated at times no hassle.
The decor attract kids and they are well at handling the kids.
High fee as expectations otherwise best baby hospital for the basti city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for minus rating but this is the only option to give one rating for such pathetic hospital and it’s doctor. Dr. N K Srivastava is unprofessional and he doesn’t know anything about treatment of child. We visited Baby Doll Hospital to get treatment of my infant son. Dr N K Srivastava gave medicine without any diagnosis. We followed the same medicine for 3 days but fever was still there. We again visited hospital but doctor had no clue about actual decease. He told everything is good. So we decided to move to Lucknow for additional consultation.
So I request everyone to not visit extremely unprofessional doctor of Baby doll. Better to go District hospital or go to Lucknow if patient is being serious.
