β β β β β The store is great with multiple options but poor customer service with no straightforward explanation.
Assuming that return/ exchange is expected for children, the store person does not explain about their 'contradictory' policies.
Their board says 'Exchange applicable on clothes and shoes only' and stamp the bill that says 'No exchange. No return.'
Yet, our return request on an unused tagged clothing set was bluntly refused.
Purchase date: 6th Jan 2022
Do not buy things you aren't sure of. It'll be a loss if you intend to exchange. Go online instead.
