+ Easy to park car. + Mineral water on demand for customers - Looks like a collection of rejected lots of top brands. Actual showrooms of Benetton, Lewis, Flying Machine etc offer far better clothes at same or much lower prices. - Checkout process is highly chaotic. Whatever is shortlisted by customers is dumped in a huge shelf, and you are supposed to literally fight with other customers, identify and finalize what you purchased. I think even fish market can't be worse than this. Overall, this chain is cashing in on its past reputation. Brand loyalty can actually go that far.

The only issue here is ,this is an MRP shop so you dont get discounts. You have to purchase fresh on MRP. 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking is available.

My experience with Bachoomal wasn't great at all. I visited to buy clothes for my marriage with my siblings. We started checking out Sherwanis. Sherwanis were alright but nothing outstanding. They looked pretty old. The fabric didn't look like new at all. The staff was helpful though, they tried their best. I asked them to create sherwani set (include jutti, and sehra), they just started assembling with whatever they had without thinking how it will look like. I was disappointed and didn't buy anything for my shaadi. My brother shortlisted an indo-western dress and a designer suit. Though we had lot of hassle in selecting the designer suit due to lack of options there. Someone from management helped us in getting some good collection and we liked how he helped us. When we went for pick up, we found that our indo-western was dirty but staff didn't acknowledge. I then pointed them to clearly visible dirty yellow spots on the dress and they said that they can dry clean it for us. We told them that we ordered a brand new dress, we can't wear a dry cleaned dress. They called someone and agreed to replace the dress with new one. I mean where is the basic quality check before handing things over to customer. After sorting out this matter, we tried the designer suit. Suit's shirt didn't fit at all around chest, the staff kept convincing us that it looks alright. They ended up replacing it later. I personally didn't like this to and fro communication and the need to convince the staff about basic things. Funny thing is that one of the staff later said, "bhaiya mujhe bhi gndi lg rhi thi but unke saamne nhi bol skta" ? The good part was that they offered to deliver clothes next day, though they delivered them day after next day which is ok. When they delivered clothes, the delivery guy asked for some "seva" (money) I mean the audacity to ask for "seva" after their blunders and mishaps made me super furious. I paid 31k for two clothes, and traveled two times to agra (58 km) and this guy was asking for money. I think they are losing their touch. Management needs to step up, competition is fierce now a days. I ended up buying my wedding clothes from Delhi and trust me it was best experience!! This also reminds me that sales person tried to convince me that Delhi and Agra experience will be same. When I met him on second visit and told that Delhi experience was so good, he told that in Delhi they have designers but here they just do minimal alterations. I understand that but please don't misguide your customer if you want to build the trust.

I recommend this store. This store have all collection of cloths that you need for any occasion. Also it is a multi brand showroom. I visited here for buying some wedding cloths but I something good for Groom but for Bride I did not find any thing new or good. They need to work on women area specially in Lehenga and Gown. They were keep showing us old stuff and when we were leaving they shown us something new. That is not a good impression and staff wasted our time. I do not know if staff was directed to do that! Staff in Men Suite area was very good they did not take much time to give us good choice, within 15 min we finalised the dress. Also visit in weekdays , in weekend this store is full of rush.
