You might find Bachpan Play School well updated with modern equipment's but their policies are just to pretend top play school. They don't have some necessary policies which a franchise must have to support their customers. I suffered because they don't have transfer policy for their own branches only. Head Office asked me to pay all the money again on new branch because i changed the city, even they were disagree with me when i requested to clear the differences related to fee/extra payments. Their head office and Branch head both ended by saying that it's not our headache. You have to pay again if you want admission. They take every branch as other schools which have no branches. For, working people like me this school has no value of being a franchise and having branches. I would suggest to all the readers, if you're working and have possibilities of moving to other city than don't waste money to them. You can find other better schools also who takes care of your kid even more better. Their are some good schools who have branches in other cities and do provide this facility to parents. To respected Branch Head :- Dear Ma'am, I didn't even requested you a single time to repay my money. I just called you up for enquiry/any possible help. But it was really unexpected the way you talked with me and behaved so rudely. Your thoughts shows that you're money oriented person only. You said, you're double of my age and i'm being over smart. Yes Ma'am, You are double of my age but still have thinking that other are illiterate and they've no right to enquiry. People of the area please be aware of this before putting your kid in this school. Also, to the people who's kids are already going to this school can try to enquiry about something important , You'll find that it's in their nature. *Bachpan Play School* Sucks ...!!! Given one star because Google makes it necessary.
