Bachpan showroom has a good selection of toys, timely customer service & a great setup for e-commerce through WhatsApp. I came across the retail store details through an independent google search. I contacted the owner and got a prompt response.
Order checkout experience was user friendly. Despite shopping remotely and during challenging lockdown situation, the owner was very accommodating. He patiently helped my family make toy selections over the video call. When asked, owner made his experienced, honest recommendations as and where needed. My family didn't feel pressured to buy anything that we didn't want to. Store offers easy-to-use payment options like paytm and google pay.
All items were safely delivered and that too within committed timeframe. They are currently going through a quality-check (LOL) by being excessively used by a curious and happy 2-year-old.
