★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project has total 488 apartments spread across 4 wings and it offers two types of configuration viz. 1 BHK and 2 BHK. RERA carpet area of 1 BHK unit is 347 and 373 sq. ft. and for 2 BHK it is approximately 500 sq. ft. One needs to be mindful of water accumulation in the surrounding plots as it appears more of a wet land which will be reclaimed by land filling. Subject plot is also a reclaimed land. As per RERA website, project completion date is 1 Dec 2023. The project is financed by Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff Aarti does not have any manners. She does not know how to speak to the customer. After I picked up her call, she just started to talk like a parrot ...non stop. She was very rude. Please note if you want to sell a property please be polite... You have no rights to disconnect the phone on my face. Can't be so dumb....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a flat here, I must share my experience which was very bad. Specially how their staff & their attitude with customers. At the time of booking they stay lot of stuffs but at the time of delivery they change. Also staff found not cooperating. For getting the receipt they send us to their another office. they do not have the courtesy for collecting & giving to customer. For their own work they make customer run here & their. also charge higher fees of Rs.7000 of legal which was not committed. Such a reputed developer but I found their staff was having no knowledge about agreement at all, they just know how to take bookings. But customer service is Zero.
