I've had the pleasure of working with Smriti ma'am for my graduate applications. And I couldn't recommend her more! They also give training for IELTS and TOEFL, I was under the guidance of Niharika she helped me in bringing my best to the table.
All in all, it was a fun and positive experience for me, getting into my targeted university and program. So, yeah you are in good hands here. ✌️

I would like to mention here that Smriti was absolutely on top of things whether it was guidance on GRE prep or it was her knowledge of courses. It indeed proved to be the great decision for me to have chosen Back Benchers for counseling and guiding me through the admission process of Masters Course form leading US Universities after my BTech from Delhi. I was extremely lucky to have Smriti Ma’am as my primary mentor under whose guidance the entire admission process seemed quite seamless, practicable, achievable and actually enjoyable. After few interactions, she not only understood my preferences in the course of study as well as in the selection of Universities but also understood my strength and weaknesses as an applicant. She helped me improve my weaknesses while preparing for GRE as well and was much happier than me when I happened to score 327 in GRE in the very first attempt. With her untiring efforts & guidance throughout my application process, I was able to get admission acceptance from leading US Universities like- Duke, Johns Hopkins, UIUC, etc. I take this opportunity here to express my deep gratitude to Smriti Ma’am for her untiring efforts and invaluable guidance throughout.

My counselor, Smriti Ma'am, is a highly knowledgeable and experienced person in this field and she was there with me each step of the way. She is an extremely fun person to work with and she's literally there to guide and assist all her students, regardless of the day and time. The whole team of BackBenchers, be it Deepa Ma'am, Kirti Ma'am, Smitha Ma'am, or Pinkle Ma'am, are very helpful and diligent. They made this complex and complicated process of applying for a Master's in the US seem simple. They assisted me with everything, starting with something as basic yet vital as guiding me about which course I should go for, to providing resources for preparing for the TOEFL exam, to even helping me with my VISA and all. I owe fulfilling my lifelong dream of getting into an Ivy League to them!
