On the International day for Charity on 05.09.2021, I visited KamruNag temple. The temple is located at an elevation of 3335mtrs from sea, in Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi district and nearest town is Sunder Nagar, which is about 35kms away. KamruNag is considered as the “BADA DEV”/ “BADA DEVTA”, the Grand Deity of Himachal Pradesh.
KamruNag (as per the local folklore) is the grandson of second Pandva Brother, the mighty prince Bheema and son of the half-demon half-man mighty warrior Ghatotkacha.
