It is located in the Keonjhar district at a distance of about 15 K.Ms from Keonjhar. Forest off road for 5 kms and walk for 400 meters is must to reach the place. It is also one of the famous place to visit and photography. One can stay at Sanaghagara Nature camp managed by community peoples and Panth niwas of OTDC during the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 5 km from Sana ghagara waterfall a left diversion from NH will take you to another famous picnic point of Keonjhar, Bada ghagara.
Actually it is an irrigation project on machkandana river and a bigger but a little bit hidden waterfall.
The dam is quite big and view from the dam is amazing.
The waterfall is at the barrage side.
There is a beautiful Shiva temple also.
Picnicker flung to the side of the dam forest for picnic and enjoy a nice time in the pick picnic season in December and January.
No problem for parking.
The connecting road from NH to the spot was in bad shape at the time of my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This waterfall is soo beautiful ?. But there are no signage and there is a big chance of one getting lost unless accompanied with someone who knows the place. If the communication can be improved, it would have been a great tourist attraction..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a beautiful waterfall. If you wanna to see the beauty of nature and feel the music of water..go to the top,you will enjoy it.The rainy season is good to catch these movement and the best time is in between 8am to 2pm .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waterfall is beautiful, but the place around it is not yet developed, and people have also made this place dirty by throwing away so much of garbage. I hope the government puts up some dustbins nearby so that people don't litter and keep this beautiful place clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great place for picnic, party, and enjoyment. It's a natural scenic beauty with plenty of tree, rocks, waterfall, and others. Again, there is a dam above the waterfall from where looks is so beautiful and mesmerizing scene. Love the place because of its naturalized setting.
