β β β β β Flyover is good but toll handlers and staff is very bad doesnt have the proper knowledge of handling traffic. No use of using till brigde if people have to wait for 15-20 min in traffic. Bad very bad

β β β β β I would rate this toll as better managed toll then other tolls in Delhi NCR. it connects faridabad south Delhi and Badarpur. One way toll is 25 Rs which is ok. The roads leading to the toll and after the toll are free from potholes. Towards Delhi it starts with 2 km flyover which ends near appollo hospital hence it saves time from jam also and similarly towards Faridabad also it starts with a nicely made highway which is congestion free. Staff at the windows are prompt in service and i have hardly faced long quest here. So my review is great forbthis toll.

β β β β β Uneducated staff and they do not have ethics to deal, There executive said fastag is not working, so he gives a cash toll receipt later on after half an hour i got message from fastag co. that my account has been short of funds as Rs 25 paid at badarpur toll. They do not have any customer grievance resolution team neither they bother, they just looting you.

β β β β β If I have the option of giving minus Mark's, i must give
1. Rude staff, no management of bikers
2. Their barrier comes down during crossing of cars, and no one cares after front windscreen gets cracked
3. I was in Singapore on 20.3.19 they deducted Rs 25 from my fast tag and no one listens
4. Again on 7.5.19 rs 25 was deducted from my fast tag, surprisingly I am at home this time.
AND NO ONE LISTENS
WHATS THE USE OF INSTALLING CCTV IF YOU CANT FIND FRAUD IN UR SYSTEM

β β β β β Illiterate staff is Manning this toll plaza and they do not have any knowledge about the work they are doing. I had a return ticket but it took good 3 minutes by the operator to undertake the ticket and open the barrier. He didn2even issued my ticket back stating your journey two side is complete and this ticket is retained by him
